New Upper Rear Model S Suspension Arms
I made an adjustable eccentric for the stock upper suspension arm to verify 
my calculations.  The goal was to remove one degree of negative camber (go 
from -1.9 to something more like -0.9).  I determined the upper suspension 
link needed to be 0.210 longer to achieve this goal and that was indeed the 
right amount.  I was also able to verify there was enough toe adjustment 
such that the stock toe configuration would work and I did not need to make toe 
links as well.
The following are pictures of my first pass suspension arms.  These were 
water jet cut from 1" 6061-T6 aluminum.  I oversized the dimensions of the 
original Tesla extrusion for added safety margin at the expense of a few ounces 
of added weight.  They were dropped off for anodizing today and I should 
have them back tomorrow (4/5).
The last three pictures of the group are of a set of test links made to 
accept aircraft style misalignment ball bearings.  These are typically used 
on control surfaces where you have hinge points across a large expanse and all 
the bolts have to align perfectly.
